MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg focuses on the repair and overhaul of small-size aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines (IGTs). The Ludwigsfelde location is an Authorized CF34TM Service Provider and MTU’s center of excellence for industrial gas turbines. The company has specialized in the repair of GE's LM series and provides the only test cell in Europe capable for testing the LM6000. Further, it has the only production test cell to perform development and acceptance tests on the TP400-D6 engine to power the A400M military transport.
